Refund and Return
At Bubbles And Wheels, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for our automotive care products.
Returns Eligibility
We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for any return or refund, customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video showing:
The sealed package before opening
The product condition after opening
⚠️ Without an unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not processed until the unboxing video is reviewed and approved by our team.
Approved refunds will be issued for 70% of the product value only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not offer 100% refunds in any case.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval and credited to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Products without an unboxing video
Used or partially used products
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
Items purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged)
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. Customers are requested to place a new order if needed.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Unboxing video
Clear images of the product and outer packaging
Our team will verify the details and respond accordingly.
