1. Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

• A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for any return or refund, customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video showing:

• The sealed package before opening

• The product condition after opening

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not processed until the unboxing video is reviewed and approved by our team.

• Approved refunds will be issued for 70% of the product value only.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• We do not offer 100% refunds in any case.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval and credited to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

• Products without an unboxing video

• Used or partially used products

• Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

• Items purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged)

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. Customers are requested to place a new order if needed.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Unboxing video

• Clear images of the product and outer packaging
